Perched 23ft off the ground, right in front of a cliff on Lake Superior, the views don’t get better than this. Every single detail has been contemplated on this architectural beauty, and around every corner you’ll find that the space was curated with intention.

The sauna is located indoors, with stunning views of the lake yet tucked in far enough to feel private. The cabin features concealed roller shades all around - all you need to do is hit a button and the whole place blacks out.

Ledgerock suits two people with one king sized mattress. The kitchen is well appointed with a 2 burner cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and ice maker (in lieu of a freezer).

When you have a cozy day in or you are ready for bed, turn on the projector and a movie screen lowers out of the ceiling where you can stream or AirPlay your favorite shows or movies.

The cabin is accessed by a 150’ long bridge, which is shared with our other cabin, SKYNEST. There aren’t any steps on the property, even the shower is curbless/zero entry. The bridge is heated during the winter, so even when it snows, the bridge will always be clear.

Time to relax and recharge at the best place Minnesota has to offer: The North Shore.

There is a Level 2 EV charger available and it has a US "J" style plug. The property has four cabins on it so there will be neighbors nearby, but cabins have been strategically placed to maintain privacy.

**WINTER TRAVEL DISCLAIMER**
4WD is a requirement on the North Shore during the snowy months. There miles of roads to plow and not many plow trucks, so please come prepared and be patient. We are located right off Hwy 61, but there is a steeper section of driveway which may become slippery at times during the winter for smaller vehicles. Cold or inclement weather will not warrant cancellations/refunds. Stay Boreal is not liable for any towing costs. Please consider purchasing trip insurance if you have any concerns. Thank you!!
