Welcome to Järvi!
This cabin comfortably suits two with a capacity of up to four (1 king bed and 1 murphy style queen bed). It has a smaller, cozy layout.
The first floor has a small kitchen with a dishwasher and bar-seating for four at the window. The living area can be quickly transformed into a bedroom by folding down the murphy wall-bed with a comfortable, memory foam mattress. (No one likes sleeping on a sofa mattress, right?!) The second floor boasts a stargazing loft area with two large skylights above the king sized bed. Note that the steps to the loft are steep.
There is a Level 2 EV charger available during off-peak hours of 11PM to 7AM, and it has a US "J" style plug. The property has two cabins on it so there will be neighbors nearby. However, a privacy fence has been put in place near the patio, and windows strategically placed so privacy can be maintained.
** There is ongoing construction nearby until June of 2026. At times there may be typical construction noises.
**WINTER TRAVEL DISCLAIMER**
4WD is a requirement on the North Shore during the snowy months. There miles of roads to plow and not many plow trucks, so please come prepared and be patient. We are located right off Hwy 61, but there is a steeper section of driveway which may become slippery at times during the winter for smaller vehicles. Cold or inclement weather will not warrant cancellations/refunds. Stay Boreal is not liable for any towing costs. Please consider purchasing trip insurance if you have any concerns. Thank you!!
